Terms of Service
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Snowzan Mobile Detailing website and the mobile detailing services offered by Snowzan LLC ("Snowzan," "we," "us") in Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Tempe, and surrounding communities. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
This website is provided to share information about Snowzan's services, pricing, and availability, and to make it easy to request a quote by text, call, or email. Please don't use this site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with how it works.
Service Information
Snowzan provides mobile interior and exterior car detailing, brought directly to your driveway or location. Services and packages listed on this site reflect what's currently offered and may be updated over time.
Pricing & Estimates
Prices shown on this website — including in the "Build your detail" estimate tool — are starting prices, not final quotes. Your final price depends on your vehicle's size, condition, requested services, and any add-ons. Snowzan will always confirm your exact price with you before service begins, and getting an estimate carries no deposit or obligation.
Scheduling / Availability
Appointments are arranged directly with Snowzan by text, call, or email and depend on availability. Scheduling details — date, time, and location — are confirmed between you and Snowzan directly, not automatically through this website.
Vehicle Condition
Please let us know about anything unusual regarding your vehicle's condition — existing damage, aftermarket parts, or areas needing special care — before service begins, so it can be taken into account.
Customer Responsibilities
To complete most services, Snowzan needs access to your vehicle, a nearby water spigot, and an outdoor power outlet at the service location. Please make sure these are available, and that any valuables are removed from the vehicle ahead of time.
Photos / Information Submitted
If you send photos of your vehicle to help us prepare a quote, we use them only for that purpose — to understand your vehicle's condition and provide an accurate estimate.
Third-Party Links
This site links to outside platforms such as Google and Instagram. Snowzan isn't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
Intellectual Property
The text, photos, and design on this website belong to Snowzan and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided as-is, for general information. While we do our best to keep pricing and service details accurate and current, actual service terms are confirmed directly between you and Snowzan at the time of booking.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or website change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
